Deformed Toes

Hello Doctor, I need you to help me by answering a few questions for me please. I’m 19 years old and I have horrible toes. I was born with my 4th toe on each foot smaller then my pinky toe. It looks as if they were jammed into my foot. When you look at it from the back, it looks like I have four toes. Do you have a vision of what I’m talking about? Please tell me there is a way to fix this. I haven’t been able to let my feet breathe for 19 years. It’s embarrasing and I don’t know what to do . Sometimes when I look at it I feel worthless in every way. I don’t want to feel like this anymore. can you give an idea of what the surgeon might do (Can do ) any suggetions. Can I have just an estimate of how much it will cost, please. How can I get my insurance started. Help. thank you.
