I have had pain, numbness, and tingling on my right shoulder down to hand. An MRI reveals lots of arthritis, C7, T1 disc protrusion and nerve root compression.
I have been doing PT which has helped some.
I came away from the neurosurgeon more confused than ever.
What might be available in the way of nutrition, braces, treatment, etc. that could help me.
I can only perform minimal lightweight tasks.
Trying to extend my arm for more than a minute or so in front of me is the most painful.
Is there any way to perform normal household chores without causing MAJOR flares==Alice.

today the dr.finally took xray’s on my back anspine. after yr’s. of telling him I was born withthis problem. I can remember long night’s of painsometime’s day’s. doc. say’s I have degenativearthritis. anyone got an answer to what that mean’s?

:Hi I don’t know much about arthritis I didn’t think I could even get it at 25 for some reasons. My knees hurt alot I think it might be do to the fact that I sit with my knees bent at the office all day long. It hurt most when I’m in the car the leg that I don’t use sits bent and when I straighten it it hurt like hell. I know something is wrong because I try to get out of my car and I couldn’t get out the car because my knees couldn’t move I was trying to lift my foot but it wouldn’t move please help me.
