degenerative disk disease/bulged disk/arthritis
I am only 20 years old and have been diagnosed with DDD, arthrits of lower back and a bulging L5-S1 disk.
I have been suffering through a year of PT and medications and the doctors have recently advised me that “I will just have to learn to live with the pain.” I need some advise on what next step I should take to help releave these symptoms.Thanks,Amy
