DeQuervains Syndrome

I have been diagnosed as having dequrvains, months ago, in the left hand.
I got fitted for a brace, had an injection, and had some OT.
It got 75% better, but is chronic. Now I have the same severe symptoms in the right hand as when it started in the left.
I see your thumb spica for sale at 1/2 the cost of the one I had fitted for the other hand.
What is the difference in the outcome between a specially molded thumb spica, and the one you sell on your website? Can you make a recommendation? Also, is there any exercise that is recommended? Thanks.
