I did this to my ankle, only, you can’t dislocate your ankle. It still clicks every time I move it. I went to a chiropractor after a car wreck, and my foot was slightly crushed in the accident. He adjusted it several times, and it doesn’t click like it used to. My advice, go to a chiropractor.
