Did I re crack it???

Hope you might be able to give some general idea about my big toe.Fractured late August 2014 shown last xray showed the bones had re-united, however always a slight bit sore and still half swollen.
I twisted suddenly two days again, felt a sharp feeling, did question if I might have done damage.Now its still sore when I move in certain positions, so very curious to know if its possible I have re cracked it.
Has not swollen up as it did the first time I fractued however it is a little more swollen.Can push down and lift the toe up, its the sideways the hurts.Fracutre I had what a proximal phalanx (not sure on spelling)Hope you can help!
