Disc Dessication + disc extrusion at L5-S1
I am 23 years old and have been facing lower back pain for the past 2 years. I recently took a MRI scan. The result of the Scan is as follows”Disc Dessication with focal posterocentral disc extrusion at L5-S1 level is mildly indenting thecal sac and both S1 transversing nerve roots”What cures are available for the above( apart from Surgery). I m really not interested in having a surgery??Please help…

CHIROPRACTIC! Look for a doctor who practices Cox Technique (flexion/distraction). Or look for one that offers “Spinal Decompression”.
