Discolored finger nails
I have seen a lot of information about discolored toe nails, but I have discolored finger nails.
My middle finger nail was dark and discolored and now, it seems to have slowly spread to my ring finger too.
Is there a over-the-counter topical treatment for this?Also, my feet burn a lot.
I do not wear shoes around the house.
Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

7 yrs ago, I had a bad fall on the road and my left foot hit hard on my shoe’s heel that tore the tendon. For 2 yrs, I had to walk on tip-toe as the whole bottom of my feet was extremely sensitive and painfull if I were to land my foot flat on the ground. 2 yrs later, I was able to walk normal and was almost healed.6 months ago, I started walking a lot as an exercise but had aggravated my left foot. Since then, I suffer from pain if I were to stand or walk for an hour. After that, I needed to sit and rest my feet before I could move on. I am prone to the inflammation of my tendon. Meantime, I have been taking anti-inflammation pills namely 50 Cataflam but it seems not much relief.Would appreciate any advice. ThanksJasmine

I had an MRI and my doctor told me I have a torn tendon in my foot. I have lived with the pain for over a year. I cannot take it any longer. The doctor tells me that surgery is my only relief. I have not been back to see him since the MRI and I want to have pain gone once andfor all. I cannot live with it any longer. So, how much pain will I have to go through and how long will I be in a cast or using crutches?
