Frank,
I am not sure if you are talking about a dislocated patella (kneecap), but you need to go to the local Emergency Room immediately! You will need X-rays, and then medications in order to allow a doctor to manually reduce the patella. You will also need a professional knee stabilizer, and pain medications. You will then need to follow up with an Orthopedist next week. Please get to an ER immediately, and then write us back to let us know how you made out. Good luck!
