I had to have my toenail surgically removed yesterday after seriously injuring it in a run-in with the door.
Will my toenail grow back?
What are the chances that a toenail won’t grow back?
Is there anything I can do to increase my chances of healthy regrowth?

I do not know if you had a simple avulsion (removal) of the nail or a procedure where the root of the nail is chemically treated to stop growing. You did not indicate. If you signed a consent form for the procerdure, then this should have been described to you. You should ask the doctor.
