Drop foot on a 4yrs .

when my son was a baby he was just sercumsized,And that night he had a high fever and he was not uerinating right so the doctor said bring him in. So the dortor said that we have to test him for menigytisall I remember that the nurse, took my baby foot from the big toe and was binding it to the inner part of his leg, the right and the left.And the Doctor said that they had to give him a spynailtap to get fluide to test it and that where the problem began.
