drop-foot

I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl 3 weeks ago by C-section. Probably during the epidural/spinal injection some nerve were touched/damaged and since then I have almost no feeling in my right leg. I have fysiotherapy and it improved a bit. I can walk a bit and according to the neurologist I have dropfoot. Hopefully the nerve will recover by itself and with fysiotherapy I will walk again. It could take up to 6 months. There are no garantees. Have you heard of cases like this, that there was a damage done by the epidural…will I walk again? I also have still a lot of pain in the leg.
