Early arthritis? (pain in first few steps in morning)

After a few hours of sleep or when I get up in the morning, the first 4-5 steps on my right foot create ache in the core of my foot parallel with the front of my arch.
After that it’s fine.
No injury history, I’m 32, and run 40 miles a week.

This could be plantar fasciitis. Since it gets better as you get moving, it does not seem as severe as those who hurt all the time. A night splint might be a thought to keep your foot stretched.
