    I’m also a gymnast and I recommend not usuing an elbow brace unless it is a huge problem because it limits the motion in your elbow & it makes it weaker. I have too hyperextended my elbows before and I found out what works best is strengthening my arms,rest and ice and trying not to lock my elbows out as much as possible.     : I am a motocross rider and I broke my elbow 4 months ago . everytime I ride I am in terrible pain and a real bad aiking pain a couple of days later .hope you can help .
