Elbow Dislocation

Recently I suffered a severe elbow dislocation of my left arm. Tendons and ligaments have been damaged and I am experiencing extreme pain, and lack of movement, which is expected of course. However, I would like to recover and resume my regular outdoor activities and work as quickly as possible and would be interested in any helpful information as to how to treat or mend this type of injury. Obviously flexion, extension, supination, and pronation as well as elevated pushing and pulling motions. If there is anything else I can try please let me know.Sincerely,Deonna Page

I just dislocated my right elbow 60 hours ago. At the ER it was successfully reduced. I will see an orthopedist in three days. I am right-handed. I wonder what kinds of exercises will eventually be required to recover my use of the arm and elbow.
