elbow pain and numbness
I’m experiencing pain in my elbow which restricts me from doing press ups and pull ups, I also wake up every morning with numb fingers and an aching elbow. Is this down to a damaged nerve or could it be something like tendonitis?

Usually numbness in the fingers indicates a pinched nerve somewhere. It could either be at the wrist, elbow, shoulder or neck. I highly suggest you go see a doctor to diagnosis the area of impingement. If it goes on too long it could result in permanent nerve damage. Don't wait on this. Good luck, Mya
