entire toenail torn off in kayaking accident
the toenail on my big toe was completely tory off and I was stuck in the water for 6 hours folowwing that accident. I put neosporin on it yeasterday and I hit it with hydrogen peroxide today. My dt. apt is tomorrow and I need to know if I should cover it and let the skin be all wrinkled and soaked from the neopsporin and other liquids coming out or should I dry it out?

I recommend you keep it covered and dressed with an antibiotic ointment. Air does not have any medicinal qualities.
