how can istrengthen the muscles of my feet? it seems likethe arches have flattened due to weekning of muscles.thank you

  1. Towel curls…Sitting, place your foot on a towel on a tile or wood floor. Curl the towel up with your toes and hold for 3-5 seconds…When at end of towel repeatTowel slide…Sitting, place your foot on a towel on a tile or wood floor. Slide towel to the left (if your using your right foot) and to the right (if your using your left foot). Do not move the leg, only the foot keeping the heel on the floor throughout the movement.Foot arch…sitting, keeping toes and heel on the floor arch foot up as high as able. Hold 5 seconds. Relax and repeatGood luck
