Facet Syndrome
Hi, I am 27 yrs old and have a sacrum/sacral? inclination of 71 percent causing Facet syndrome. I have purchased Earth shoes and take Oridus,which dosen’t help much. I have chriproctic re-adjustments that give tempoary relief(lasting usually that day only}What are my other options? Thank you, Shannon

I am a healthy 34 year old female who had a baby a year ago. My baby was almost 10 pounds and I had gained 70. Afterwards, my back pain increased and I was diagnosed with facet syndrome. The adjustments seem to help a little, but I am still in almost the same condition I was a year ago. I want to get better! Any suggestions?
