feet fall asleep

While resting from running due to an inflamed morton’s neuroma (which was surgically removed in 11/03) I started using the elipitical machine and bike riding.
Both activities, after about 20 minutes caused my feet to fall asleep,(numbness, burning tingeling, pain).
After an hour of bike riding the pain was extremely uncomfortable.
My podiatrist suspects tarsel tunnel but after studying it, it doesn’t sound accurate.
I underpronate and have a very high arch. Anyone have anything like this?

A neurologist may be helpful in determining what nerves may be involved. I recommend you see one.
