Feet hurt in morning
In the morning when I first get out of bed my feet hurt.
My right foot hurts the worst, and I almost can’t walk.
After a while it goes away.
Any ideas on what it may be.
I have never injured my foot before but I am a very active person.
I run every other day and walk about 5 miles a day just from going place to place at work.
Thanks, Matt

The permanent procedure or what we call a radical excision involves removal of the margin of the nail and using a chemical to destroy that small part of the root of the nail to stop it from regrowing. If you have not seen a podiatrist, please do so.
