Feet sweaty tingly and discolored

I had this problem for a couple of years on and off. My feet sweat a lot and feel tingly. The bottoms of my feet turn a yellowish color aswell. It seems to only happen in the winter. i’ve tried different creams and sprays. My feet will peel and everything will be normal for a couple of weeks and then it’s back. I don’t have any burning sensation but they sweat A LOT and it’s very uncomfortable. This may be a fungus but I can’t afford to go to a doctor right now. Are there any home remedies or cheap OTC ideas?
