my fibia is sticking out the side of my leg. its not broken. hurts and feels lose when climbing stairs and roating excerises. It happened while I was running. anythoughts on what has happened?
First of all it’s your fibula. And how do you know it’s not broken??? If it is not broken you could have torn the ligament causing instabiilty of the fibula, thus causing it to stick out from the side of your leg. I highly recommend you go see a doctor. Good luck, Mya
