i got in a car wreck about 4 years ago and was out of work for close to 6 months and of course gained alot of weight. My back was injured from this wreck and would go out quite often then I quit smoking and gained more weight. I so want to lose weight but I find it difficult to excersize do to my back complications with standing or walking for a period of time. I get quite discouraged easily and do not have alot of energy.

SUFFERED A STROKE FIFTEEN YEARS AGO. AFFECTING THE LEFT SIDE OF MY BODY. I HAVE TERRIBLE DROP FOOT, WEAR A BRACE, BUT I STILL HIKE MY RIGHT HIP TO TRY AND CLEAR THAT FOOT. MY LEFT LEG SEEMS AS THOUGH IT’S SHORTER THEN MY RIGHT LEG. BUT IN THE FIFTEEN YEARS OF HIKING THAT HIP TO CLEAR MY FOOT MY RIGHT HIP SEEMS TO BE VERY LARGE AND SIT UP HIGH. VERY DISTORTED! I’M ONLY 47 YEARS OF AGE. I’D LOVE TO LOOK SOMEWHAT NORMAL AGAIN. DUE TO MY STROKE, I’VE LOST ALL USE OF MY LEFT HAND AND ARM. WHICH MAKES ME LIMITED TO SOME EXCERSIZES. BUT PLEASE HELP ME WITH ANY SUGGESTIONS YOU CAN COME UP WITH. THERE IS NO PAIN INVOLED. I JUST HATE HOW IT’S DEFORMING MY RIGHT SIDE !! THANK-YOU ROBIN JOHNSON

Please get into a deep water exercise program. You will unload 90% of your body weight and lessen the pressure on your spine. This will allow you to regain strength, flexibility, and lose weight. I wish you well.
