Foot injury?
I hurt my foot someway and I don’t know how. all I know is it hurts.
The weird thing is when I move my big toe up and down it feels like something is squishing next to the bone or there is some type of fluid. Do u know what it is? and if you do what do I do to fix it?

I am sorry, you really need to have your foot examined by a specialist. I can’t tell you that much from your description. Make an appointment with a podiatrist.
