FOOT INJURY ?’s

Hello there, ty for your time. I fell bout a week ago n had my ankle roll over to outer side of ankle twice before hittin the ground. I felt severe pain n burning n became instantly nauseous..
I went to ER n they ran xrays etc, which came back clear. The brusing n swelling have decreased w. lot of elevation n rest, but I have a lump right at the front of leg where my foot connects to my lower leg, I guess before the actual shin. I don’t have that on other side n it feels hard, the lump does not move when I touch it or massage it. Could this be a fracture or a torn muscle?
