foot itch

I have an itch in the middle of the bottom of my right foot for months now.
It’s the type of itch like at your back shoulder blade when you can’t quite reach it.
There is nothing visible on the bottom of my foot like athletes foot.
Can you suggest what it is and what to do about it?

: : I have this exact same problem and can’t get help…help???: ME Too!!! My regular doctor and a dermatologist have no idea what is causing it. It went away for a few months and is now back. I am able to scratch it and that helps, but I am scratching all day long, it is embarrassing! I have the same thing – I don’t think we can all be nuts can we?

THAT IS SOOO WIERD. I have this problem where the middle of my right foot itches, but there’s nothing there. No redness, no bump, and no swelling, it just itches sometimes. It started like a month ago and hasn’t stopped. If anyone knows what it is please speak up!

Has anybody figured out what the heck this is? I’ve had this problem for years and the doctor dooes’nt have a cure. I sometimes have little bubbles with fluid that once broken relieves the awful itching. My wife says its due to my shoes. I’ve changed shoes several time with no relief.

I also have this kind of itch. It is driving me crazy and it seems to be moving up the arch of my foot now. No matter how much I itch it is still there!Please does anyone know of a cure?

I came to my computer tonight to look up reflexology thinking something else may be causing this INSANE ITCHING – wakes me at nights! Could not find anything regarding reflexology then typed in itch in arch of foot and came here!!!!! Has anyone got an answer? My itchiness started after going barefoot on a hotel carpet – I thought I had perhaps picked up some fungus or something (I was in charge of a fundraiser and after 8 hours my feet were killing me – going barefoot in public areas is not something I commonly do) There are no signs of anything – foot looks normal – itches sometimes at the office but most noticeable at night. It’s driving me crazy!! Let me know if anyone has a cause/solution.
