foot pain and tender heel

(2 discussions)

I am a 36 year old plant maintenance electrician, most of the time I am on my feet ans don’t notice much discomfort. When I go home in the evening, espically when I get home and sit down, I notice pain in both of my feet. Sometimes it is hard to sit for long, it seems more comfortable to stay active. I also have a very tender right ankle, if I bump it, on a sharp angle or flat area, it hurts more than the left ankle.

I recommend you see a podiatrist for evaluation and examination. Life is too short to limp.
