foot swings in while walking

Is there a correct “term” for when your foot/toes swing in toward opposite leg while walking.
And how is this condition associated with dropfoot and lack of dorsiflexion?

There are several terms that can describe this. An intoe gait is one. If a drop foot has occurred due to nerve damage of the the dorsiflexor muscles, then the plantar flexors can over power. This can result in a deformity of the foot and an adducted gait.
