hello doc,i fractured my calcaneus on may 9, 2013 jumping off a wall and landing on concrete. I went to the doctor who saw me and said he said it will take 2 months from date of injury to heal. I forgot to ask him about any other foot support I would need like a splint or something after the 2 months. I don’t need surgery, doc said I was lucky. he also said the heel is displaced too.

I always say “To see is to know, not to see is to guess.”As far as treating the injury, there certainly are helpful things that we can do or show you what to do.If the toe is dislocated, it is possible it might heal improperly.
