fracture or broken femur

I recently found out I had broken my left femer right under the ball at hip after walking around on it and working for 3 weeks.the Dr. said it was 60% broke He said I could have surgery or get off of it and let it heal.My family and I opt to go on the cruthes and let it heal. He say’s this will take about 3 mths is this true will lt heal if I stay off it and no weight bearing on left side.Will I need PT anytime during this or before I return to work. I work at a factory building airconditioners I lift heavy parts and push heavy carts. Please E-mail at [email protected]
