Fractured big toe

I fractured my big toe in early August.
I had a large hematoma on the bottom and blood draining from the nail bed for 2 weeks.
My toe still has a purplish cast to it and swelling on the bottom.
I get nerve pain that tingles up the leg occasionally when walking.
How long till these symptoms go away?
How long does it take for a bone to heal 100% Is there anything I should be doing to speed up recovery?
