Fractured elbow

I fell and fractured my elbo 6 weeks ago. I had a cast on from my arm pit to my knuckles. I got my cast off 2 weeks ago and the doctor recomended Physical Therapy. Since I have no insurance that is not a option. I have full use of my wrist and fingers and am trying to straighten my arm, however it still will not go straight. Are their any at home remedies or movements I can or should be doing for a more speedy recovery

  1. Physical therapy would provide a thing call joint mobilizations, massage and breaking up the scar tissue. I’m afraid you would not be able to do that yourself. Maybe there is a clinic that would be willing to “work” with you on the financial end.
