Fractured tibia fibia ankle and right hand

trying to get some hints on physical therapy I can do at home. fractured left tibia fibia ankle and right hand 2 metatarsals many screws and plate required during surgery.
Started weight bearing a couple of days ago but having trouble getting into physical therapist
