Freckles on Ankle
Hi,
I broke my ankle a few years ago in 3 places. I had a plate and pins put in it. The last year or so I have noticed freckling on both sides of my ankle. Is this normal? Is it caused from the surgery? They cut on both sides. Thanks.

If this is recent, then no, something else may have caused it. Without seeing this, I can not say for sure. If this is on other areas of your foot and leg as well as the other leg, you might have your doctor look at this.
