Grinding

Last Summer I was involved in an unreported car accident. In which I went off a dirt road going about 40mph. and Hit my head on the roof of my truck. Shortly after I noticed a grinding noise in my upper neck. Almost like it was right behind my ears. and went in to see a chiropractor. of course I couldn’t inform him of the true cause, fearing that car insurance would go up, and wouldn’t cover the visits.There for proper treatment never happened. aside from normal procedure. A year later and I still hear the noise. and I now have severe headaches that originate from the base of my skull. Should I inform my Chiro of the true cause of the injury? I worry that he would then report it to the insurance company…and I’m 19
