Groin pull

I am a 34 year old who enjoys basketball 1-3 times a week 2-3 hours at a time. About two months ago I pulled my right groin and it has been very slow to heal. I have pretty much just stayed off of it but it does not seem to be improving much. What can I do to help it heal? I can’t really afford to not exercise as I have a desk job and I need the physical activity but everything I try seems to aggrivate it.

    Rest, gentle stretching and heat to the area 3 to 4 times per week is best. Groin strains can take 4 to 6 weeks to heal.

    :I AN 27 AND LOVE SPORTS PLAY BASKETBALL AND FOOTBALL ALMOST EVERYDAY I CANT PLAY NO MORE BECAUSE I HAVE PIAN BY MY RIGHT LEG AND I DONT NO HOW TO HEAL IT PLEASE TELL ME I HAVE IT FOR 4 MOUTH PLEASE HELP ME
