hamstring,calf stiffness and pain etc…
I had developed shin splints when I was heavier. I have since lost 40 lbs. which has helped a lot. I enjoy basketball and play 1-3 times per week. I’ve noticed that my calves are sore to the touch but my shins feel better. I also have a tight feeling just below the knee and sometimes just above. This has caused my right knee especially to pop some, but no pain. When I lie down my wife can put pressure on my hamstrings and they hurt just above the knee and below the glutes. I can’t notice it otherwise. Any advice?
