healing process for broken ank

fractured tib and 2 parts of fib oct 4th cast got off nov 10th, now have walking boot. how long do I have to keep this thing on and when can I go back to normal activites such as sports.

I broke only tibia and just got a cast offon the 12th. I went form cast to nothing at all and over this weekend I can tell it will be a while before I am 100%. I’m released to go back to work but I won’t be trying any sports any time soon just based on what I’m feeling right now. Just loosening the ankle after six weeks seems tough. I can’t imagine 5 weeks and then a walking boot.

I fractured my ankle on dec. 28th and got my cast off today jan. 26th and my dr. said it was better but why does it hurt so bad when I walk on it and when will it be 100%

i broke my tib & my fib in two places in feb 2012 it has been giving me troublefor five years some days it hurts alittle but most of the time if I put much weight on it it shoots pain up to my knee ihad it check for arthritis the dr. says its not arthritis what else could it be . its getting worse.
