Heel Pain

(3 discussions)

My Heel was whipped hardly towards the wall and it hit the wall pretty hard. My heel has been giving me pain for 5 min. now and it still is. Do I have a sprained ankle broken foot? etc.?

To see is to know, not to see is to guess. Unless your foot is examined and possibly x-rayed, no one can be sure. If you continue to hurt, use crutches to limit weight bearing and have this evaluated by a doctor.

out of nowhere the heel of my right foot gives me sharp shooting pain. this happens only when my leg is raised and my foot bent, toes up. it also happens if I bend to reach for something on the floor without bending my legs. since I don’t have health insurance, I was wondering if I should worry and see dr. or if I can take care of it myself. also, back of heel feels numb as if maybe something were leaning on a nerve. thanks for any help. do not remember hurting myself. Thanks
