heel pain

After an injury where I stumbled onto a pipe that my foot stepped onto while my body kept going forward.
Achillies tendon hurt pretty bad, did not give time to heal.
I have developed pain in my heel and in my achillies while standing.
Feels like bone in r foot is bigger than other.
Can a stretched achillies w/o time to heal cause the heel bone to drop? ( xrays show no heel spur)
