heel pain post surgery

Hi,
I had a heel spur fasciotomy around 5 yrs ago. I have had chronic tendonitiis in the top of my foot ever since. More recently (past 6 mths. I returned to school and am on my feet more) my heel has begun to hurt any time I have to be up on it. It’s different than the original problem. Much more painful and gets worse upon use and will continue to hurt for hours/days, until I am able to rest it. It feels almost as if I am walking on raw bone.
