A congregant squeezed me so hard in a hug on Sunday, I am still in severe pain 4 days later! Cracked sternum? Haling treatment/ time? I do not have a doctor.

Is the pain in the front or the back? I have had patients dislocating ribs sneezing. Chiropractic care does wonders, an adjustment to the rib will reset it if that is indeed the cause. Could have strained it too, there are muscles between the ribs.
