help….daughters right bicep

OUr 13 year old daughter has been complaining of her right bicep hurting for 4 days. We are not sure if there is a problem, or if this is an attnetion getter. The doctor will not see her, there is no swelling, no bruising, she uses it just fine, and there was no injury. the pain started after a softball practice. She has been playing softball for 5 years with no injuries. She is about 40 ls overweight. Should we be concerned, or just ignore it?
