hemangioma between vertabrae

Should a hemangioma between the vertebrae be asymptomatic.
I had an MRI done about 6 years ago because of pain between by spine and right shoulder blade. Found out I have a hemangioma between my vertebrae around T7 that has pushed the fluid out. The Dr. said I shouldn’t notice it but 6 years later I still have the same pain and it happens to be in the same area as the hemangioma. Sometimes I get a numbness or a nerve type tingle.
My question is could the hemangioma cause these symptoms and if so is there any treatment?
