hernia
Dear Sir/MAdam, I have been haveing a very strange a pain in the low of my back.. I wen to doctor two times adn just gave me paer whish shows some exercises to do.. But I have tried to do them.but my low back is getting more painfull and worst…sometimes the pain goes to my legs ,especially to my right legI am afaid of having disc hernia/i hope, I don’t have it.. Dear Sir/Madam I was teacher, I never worked hard, but I have disc hernia beetwin L4-L5. I did MRI two years ago, I did two injections and I don’t fell well. I have pain in my back and in legs. I did accupuncture, but nothing change. I am very upset and I want to postpone to surgery. All the best
