Hip bone pain

Hi-I am a 37 year old woman in good physical condition. For the past month, I have had pain in my right hip bone- not the joint- almost like it’s bruised but it’s not bruised.
It aches and hurts to the touch. I have a difficult time laying on that side. Any information or advice would be helpful.

I am 52 with the same symptoms for about 3 months now and would like some answers. My x-rays have come out okay and I was on viox for awhile, but did not help.

My xrays just came back normal and now I’m being told to see an orthopedic surgeon. Have any of you figured out what this is??

hi, I am a 15 year old football player athlete for cleveland R.O.T.C high school and I guess I over used my hip are somthung I don’t know what happen but I was walking home and it started aching bad,so I went up stairs to try to exrisise it and went to sleep woke up the next morning and I try’d to walk on and I could’nt it hurted so bad all I could do was lay down and ask god to help me walk again, but this been going on since october 2014 up to may 23 2015 thats been eight months and it still has,nt healed I need some help with my injury cause the exrisises I have do not work.at the hospital they said I had a bad bruise on my hip bone.
