hot flashes on feet
During the night, a small portion of my feet above the toes gets extremely hot. I only get relief when I run the entire foot and ankle under cold water. Now they are starting to bother me during the day. I take estrogen for a hysterectomy 21 years ago.Any suggestions for relief so I can sleep through the night?

You might want to discuss this with your doctor who put you on estrogen.
