Hot Foot
My daughter says several time a day her right foot will become very hot(a blood rush?) and she feels as if a thread is tickling the back of her ankle. There is no pain. It is like a mini hot flash in her foot. She is 30. What could cause this and could it be serious?

Without an examination, I can’t really zero in possibilities. Among my suspicions would be a nerve entrapment. She would be better off seeing a podiatrist for a further examination.
