How do you diagnose and treat Raynaud’s?

I have a numb toe, and my palms get very red.
A nurse told me is is probably Raynaud’s.
I plan on seeing a rheumatologist, but would like to know how you would suggest treating if it is infact Raynaud’s.
I am in otherwise good health and take no medication.

Mild cases are usually advised to keep warm and dry. More severe cases are referred to the rheumatologist or vascular specialist.
